This probably will result in me loosing my macho motorcyclist cred, but I wish scooters were more widely acceptable here as they are sensible, green, economical, and, most importantly, FUN! I changed my opinion about them a few years back when I was in San Diego and found myself surrounded by one of their infamous scooter gangs clubs and found they walked around with smiles on their faces all of the time.
