Motorcycle helmet could become optional for adult riders in TN | The Tennessean | tennessean.com

I know all of the arguments about the benefits of wearing motorcycle helmets...
but I like the philosophical position that I should be able to make the decision to wear one or not.

I hope the legislators in TN make the right decision. Go TN! Go TN! Go TN
